1. Munich Hop-On Hop-Off Tour Grand Circle
This tours shows you the major and most beautiful sights of Munich such as King's Square with its three temple buildings in the classical Greek style, the Pinakotheken art museums, the Hall of Generals, Prinzregenten Street lined by the House of Arts, the Bavarian National Museum and the Angel of Peace monument, the elegant buildings and shops along
Maximilian Street, the Maximilianeum (Bavarian state parliament), the Nationaltheater (opera hourse), the New Residence (Royal Palace), the traditional Viktualienmarkt, an open air food market with colorful outdoor stalls, Karl Square (called "Stachus") and the medieval city gates.
The tour of downtown Munich is followed by an excursion to the Palace of Nymphenburg, the former summer residence of the Bavarian prince electors and kings. To get an impression of modern Munich, the tour takes you to the Olympic Grounds with its interesting stadiums in a unique tent construction. The platform of the 291m high Olympic Tower provides a fantastic panoramic view. Near by the BWM Museum. On the way back to the city centre the bus passes through the former artist's quarter Schwabing and the northern part of the Ludwig Street with the university. Stop at the Victory Gate, where you may get out and stroll along the famous Leopold Street.

2. Munich Hop-On Hop-Off Tour Express Circle
This tour ist perfect for travellers with limited time. The route presents to you the highlights of Munich's city centre (stops 1-5). Nymphenburg Castle, Olympic Grounds and Schwabing/Victory Gate are not included.

Non stop tour takes 1 hour

Grand Circle Tour every 60 minutes, Express Circle Tour every 20 minutes
First departure at 9:00 am, last departure Grand Circle Tour at 4:00 pm, Express Circle Tour at 5:30 pm
Winter season November 1 - March 30:
Grand Circle Tour every 60 minutes, Express Circle Tour every 30 minutes
First departure at 10:00 am, last departure Grand Circle Tour at 3:00 pm, Express Circle Tour at 4:00 pm
Departure Point:

In front of Karstadt department store across main train station (Hauptbahnhof) or at any one of the stops around the city

Grand Circle Tour valid for 2 days: Adult EUR 23,-/Child 4-14 years EUR 11,-

Infants aged 3 years and under are free of charge

Reservation not needed. Just go to the bus and purchase tickets from the driver.
