Daily with all DB regional trains (RB) 2nd class. This special ticket is called "Garmisch Ski Ticket".

On every Saturday and Sunday and additionally on April 6 and April 9 starts a special non-stop train (called "Garmisch Ski Express"), departure at 7:00 a.m. from the Munich main station

If you don't want go up to the Zugspitze, there is also a ticket to the lower Garmisch ski region Hausberg. Price: 42 Euro adult, 35 Euro children and young people up to 18 years.
